Abstract
KEY POINTS:
• The Barangay Officials are capable in implementing its vision and mission; and
• Majority of the Navotas Anti-Drug Abuse Council, Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Council and its Drug Surrenderers of Barangay San Roque Navotas City, Community Affairs Section (CAS) of Navotas City Police Station and other implementers underwent and completed a required related training that could support in the implementation of programs.
