Abstract
Public safety in the municipality of Padre, Garcia is addressed through a comprehensive and structured approach aimed at understanding and resolving residents’ safety concerns. This study applies as the BEST LEAPS-H framework, which examines multiple critical domains of public safety and security. Through community engagement, including interviews, case analyses, and direct observations, researchers gain a nuanced understanding of the safety challenges faced by the town.
The Philippine National Police (PNP) plays a crucial role in this mission by ensuring a secure environment, maintaining peace and order, preventing and solving crimes, and protecting the rights and welfare of all citizens. In collaboration with other law enforcement agencies, local government units, and the community, the PNP strives to create a safe, law-abiding environment that upholds the rule of law and fosters trust and cooperation among residents.

Public Safety Threats

Public safety threats encompass a wide range of challenges that may compromise the well-being of individuals and communities. These threats can include criminal activities, natural disasters, public health emergencies, terrorism, and other risks that pose harm to the public.
