Abstract
KEY POINTS:
• Brgy. Culiat, a barangay in district 6 (Banlat Area) of Quezon City is facing flood susceptibility issues due to climate change and other environmental factors.
• Challenges include a high number of flood-displaced population, delayed response by Police Station 14 due to human-generated factors, and limited effectiveness of awareness and information dissemination efforts.
• Recommended solutions to remedy the issues are analyzed and presented for future consideration in Disaster Preparedness Response Plans and Campaigns.
