Abstract
KEY POINTS:
• The Philippine National Police (PNP) is one with primary responsibility in the well-being and future of our younger generations as this will be a Public Safety concern either now or in the near future.
• This case study focused in gauging the Effectiveness of KASIMBAYANAN Youth and Children Sports and Play in Pre-empting Juvenile Delinquency in Barangay Longos, Malabon City.
• The challenges of this study includes the collaboration of the Malabon Local Government Unit, unifying Brgy. Longos and the Gabay Sports and Training Center facilitator and come up with the development of this program for the youth and the diversity of religious beliefs that affects the overall participation of a young individual.
• After the conduct of interview, the researchers found out that the KASIMBAYANAN Youth and Children Sports and Play program is effective and further development and standardization of the procedures of the program is highly encouraged that can start by collaborating the Malabon LGU personnel and barangay officials to come up with resolution that can benefit the said program.
