ABSTRACT

This action research with the title: Improvement of Filing Arson Cases Through Electronic Training Instructional Materials) for the Fire Inspector, Fire fighter, and Arson Investigation of Bureau of Fire Protection in the Municipality of Gerona Tarlac. Based on the data gathered by the researchers from the previous and present years, there were incidents that mislead and handing the arson cases was too slow and those handling the investigation liked the fire inspector, fire fighter, and arson investigator was charged with negligence of duty —mostly due to negligence on the part of the Investigator-On-Case. Apart from this, there are other cases which involves the fire inspector, fire fighter, and arson investigator.

This action research was done with the approval of the collaborators who are willing to solve their present issues and willing to share possible solutions to the obstacles encountered by the investigators Improvement Of Filing Arson Cases Through Electronic Training Instructional Materials in the Bureau of Fire Protection in the Municipality of Gerona Tarlac.

The component or objectives measures on improvement of filing arson cases through electronic training instructional materials: Develop a Training Instructional Materials and Standardize Operation of Arson Investigator, identify on how to improve filing of arson cases through Electronic Training Instructional Materials, and describe the challenges encountered by fire fighter and arson investigator in handling Arson Cases are the identified best policy alternatives. The processes involved to complete this study gave the researchers memorable experiences since it is different from the traditional research method. The researchers learned a new perspective on solving organizational problems by involving those who experience these issues directly and being able to harness a viable resolution.
