Abstract
This study focuses on the Lived Experiences of the Philippine National Police (PNP) Personnel in the Implementation of Executive Order No. 70 In Mindoro Island: Basis for an Enhanced Policy Program. To ensure that the whole-of-nation approach is implemented effectively and efficiently, a National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict was created. Under this endeavor, the PLEDS Cluster MIMAROPA has continuously joint efforts and intensified the campaign against the communist terrorist groups CTGs. The program goal is for the continuous effective and efficient implementation of Executive Order No. 70 by the Philippine National Police personnel. The results show a number of issues in the implementation of ELCAC in Mindoro Island. The efforts of the PNP have been successful, however, in order to make it more effective, an action plan was proposed for adoption. There is a division between individuals and authorities in their perceptions on their lived experiences in the implementation of Executive No. 70. There are PNP personnel who perceive that their experiences are positive or even negative. On the other hands there are participants whose perception points that their experiences are challenging yet meaningful, these perceptions have led many researchers to give attention to the needs of the PNP personnel in many aspects to be recommended to higher authorities. Though there it can be very well said that the implementation of EO No. 10 is succeeding, this did not mean that the PNP will already stop.
