conflict (NTF-ELCAC) with the aim of bringing development to former
conflict-ridden communities through the implementation of various
social-economic development projects for barangay beneficiaries

The Executive order (EO) No. 70 otherwise known as
“institutionalizing the whole-of Nation approach in attaining inclusive

Lack of better life chances, historical injustice, social inequities, and

Moreover, it states the need to establish a whole-of-Nation
Approach (WNA) in addressing the root causes of local armed conflict
By prioritizing the delivery of basic government services, social

Barangay Development plan is a three-year comprehensive

Multi-sectoral development plan that is formulated through an
