Abstract
SUSTAINED SERVICE OF SEARCH WARRANTS AND WARRANT OF ARREST
The proponents used the case design in order to determine the relevance of community mobilization program of Magallanes Municipal Police Station in crime prevention measures. A case study design is a problem solving technique that the study is described from the past, present and future. Some writers categories this method under descriptive. The purpose of the case method is to study intensively the background, current status, and environmental interaction of a given social units: an individual, a group, an institution or a community.
The advantage of the case study over other research designs is the opportunity it allows to study in depth what interests the proponents. It also permits understanding certain processes which other design
The data collection was done through application of documentary review, and conduct on interview. The documentary review was done using secondary source of data such as accomplishment reports, primers issued by relevant law enforcement agencies, past studies and relevant articles, among others.
The researchers based its findings on the result of the responses of the Magallanes Municipal Police Station uniformed personnel, local barangay official and community sectors respondents on nominal details as well as look into different laws and other legal bases related to Community Mobilization Program. The study was commence in the municipality of Magallanes.
In the process of gathering data for this study, the following instrument was utilized. The researcher used the primary and secondary materials. The primary data was gathered trough the use of interview. Secondary materials were taken from selected books, and journals and the personal knowledge of the researchers. Other reading materials that can be provide relevant information to enrich this study was also considered in order to further enrich the outcome of this research.
