Abstract
THE CASE
Introduction:
The case study examines the consistency and conformity of the "Bantay Kaisipan" Mental Health Program. (MC 2021-115), in supporting the mental well-being of the PNP personnel in SPD. As law enforcement duties can have a profound impact on officer's mental health, this study aims to evaluate the programs interventions. resources, and implementation process. By analyzing feedback and outcomes, we seek to identify strength and area for improvement, within the goal of establishing a sustainable mental health support framework. The findings will contribute to evidence-based practices and policies, fostering a resilient and mentally healthy police force better equipped to serve the community.
