Abstract
In other nations, suicide bombing attacks have long been a favored terror technique. However, explosions carried out by radicals eager to sacrifice their lives to claim the lives of others have recently been recorded in the Philippines. Suicide techniques using women are becoming more popular in our nation due to their effectiveness. The research on this paper is qualitative in nature. Specifically, the study will utilize Delphi technique in exploring and understanding suicide bombing situations in the country. The Delphi Technique is a scheme to foretell the output developed from countless sets of inquiries conveyed to the specialist advisory group. Suicide bombing has become more common for three reasons: security personnel are essentially powerless to prevent suicide bombings, the publicity generated by a suicide bombing is significant. Suicide bombings get a lot of media attention because of the bombers’ determination to die for a cause and the startling devastation they inflict on targets and bystanders, and suicide bombing is far more cost-effective than other techniques for organizations intent on showing fear. Youth and women are vulnerable to suicide bomber recruitment, but they may also be strong agents of social change, steering others away from the perils of radicalization and violence. Community leaders are essential for cultivating cultures of tolerance and open discourse, as well as working with vulnerable members of the community to reject violent beliefs. Educators, academics, the information communications technology and social media industry, and journalists are among the other significant civil society actors.
