Strategic Communication, Social Media on CTG recruitment, Government Initiatives, Digital Strategic Communication Framework 

This action research was conducted in Davao City in coordination with the Regional Community Affairs and Development Division as the institutional partner together with the City Community Affairs Development Unit of DCPO wherein the primary participants were taken from their records of former rebels. In the form of questions, an open-ended inquiry was given to the key participants, aged 15-30 years old former rebel, and key police personnel of the Community Affairs Unit. The research utilized qualitative data, collected via face-to-face interviews (while following health guidelines) as the primary data while the secondary data was taken from the Regional Community Affairs Development Division Reports, news clippings from the newspapers, books, journals, blotters, internet, government, and PNP websites relative to the online recruitment activity targeting our youth and students, thus, this needs to be given attention by the government to save them from the trap and deception.
