To study the condition and how the said barangay handle the following:

2. Environment and waste management;
3. Health and sanitation;
4. Education;
5. Water source;
6. Peace and order;
7. Access and mobility;
8. Religion sector;
9. Income and employment;
10. Barangay Infrastructures; and
11. Disaster and hazard preparedness.
