Abstract
The current process of handling cybercrime in San Jose Del Monte City Police Station by referral basis. Victims of cybercrime are not properly addressed by investigators due to the technicality of the crime. It is often that such complaint are referred or redirected to the PNP-ACG National and Regional Headquarters that cause delay in the processing of cases. Based on the procedures imposed by the PNP-ACG a typical case undergoing the investigation process will take more than a month before formal filling. By enhancing the capability of San Jose Del Monte City Police Station it aims to cut down the processing time by being able to act on a reported crime in real time. Specifically content related cybercrime offenses.
