Abstract
This study assessed the Police and Private Security Agencies Partnership to Counter Radicalization at Industrial Parks in Santa Rosa City, Laguna. The assessment was attained at the search for the answers of the study’s research questions, to wit: (1) What is the assessment of the respondents on the level of effectiveness of the Police and Private Security Agencies partnership in terms of Preventive Patrolling, Intelligence Efforts, and Continuous Communication; (2) What are the problems encountered by the respondent in the Police and Private Security Agencies Partnership in Counter Radicalization at Industrial Parks in Santa Rosa City, Laguna on the above cited variables and; (3) What are the proposed measure to improve the Police and Private Security Agencies Partnership in Counter Radicalization at Industrial Parks in Santa Rosa City, Laguna? The sources of data are PNP personnel, security officers and guards assigned at Santa Rosa City, Laguna Industrial Parks at the time this study was conducted. The respondents are composed by 74 PNP personnel and 68 security officers and guards with a total respondents of 142 respondents. The researchers did not apply sampling t6echniques since the population is relevantly small, and that the questionnaire was distributed to those who are available during data gathering.

The statistical tools used in this research are survey questionnaire, key informant interview and documentary analysis. The data gathered were evaluated, analyzed and interpreted using the following statistical process: percentage, weighted mean through the cause of five-point Likert scale.

In answering the research problems, the researcher used the descriptive method in investigation aimed at describing the nature and present state of the Police and Private Security Agencies Partnership in Counter Radicalization at Industrial Parks in Santa Rosa City, Laguna as it exist at the same time of the study and to explore the cause of particular phenomena in its partnership. The data were gathered with the use of the following instruments: (1) Survey questionnaire for the assessment of the respondents on the level of effectiveness of the Police and Private Security Agencies Partnership: (2) Survey questionnaire for the assessment of problems encountered in the Police and Private Security Agencies Partnership in counter radicalization of Santa Rosa City, Laguna Industrial Parks, and; (3) Survey questionnaires for the assessment of proposed measure to improve the Police and Private Security Agencies Partnership in counter radicalization at Industrial Parks, Santa Rosa City, Laguna.

The statistical treatments were used in the systematic and scientific analysis of data. The weighted mean was used to determine the central tendencies of the respondent’s responses to the specific research question on the assessment of the respondents on the level of effectiveness of the Police and Private Security Agencies Partnership in counter radicalization of Santa Rosa City, Laguna Industrial Parks. Evaluation and analysis were used to determine the validity of the listed problems encountered and the proposed measures to improve the police and Private Security partnership to counter radicalization at Industrial Parks of Santa Rosa City, Laguna. Interviews and documentary analysis were used to solicit ideas or personal views and comments from the respondents in the listed problems and proposed measures to improve the Police and Private Security Agencies Partnership in Counter Radicalization at Industrial Parks in Santa Rosa City, Laguna.
