Abstract
KEY POINTS:
• Immediate response in every crime incident or emergency is highly important because it can help prevent further harm, protect potential victims, secure the scene, and gather crucial evidence.
• The implementation of the Three-Minute Response Time (3MRT) mandated the police personnel stationed at fixed points or within proximity of designated areas responded to any reported crime incidents within three minutes.
• The ICCC’s sophisticated systems include real-time surveillance, data analytics, and communication technologies that facilitate immediate police action and coordination with other emergency services.
• This study seeks to explore and evaluate the effectiveness of response time of Fairview PS-5, with the ultimate goal of informing evidence-based strategies for enhancing public safety and security in the area.
• Result of this study can be basis for policy enhancement to address the gaps relative to the implementation of the 3MART.
