Abstract
The study titled "Evaluating Traffic Flow Efficiency and Management Solutions in Irosin, Sorsogon: A Comprehensive Study on Reducing Congestion" provides an in-depth analysis of the present situation relating to traffic flow and management in Irosin, with a particular focus on public safety and security features using the BEST LEAPS/HE framework.

The research identifies the primary safety and security challenges faced by the municipality, delving into evident issues highlighted by the framework. A SWOT analysis serves as a critical tool in the research, detailing the internal strengths and weaknesses, as well as the opportunities and threats present in Irosin's transportation network.

Strategic advantages, such as an existing transportation network, are recognized as strengths, while issues like open parking for tricycles and the absence of designated terminals for public utility vehicles are noted as weaknesses contributing to congestion. Opportunities identified include potential collaborations between government and private sectors to fund necessary infrastructure improvements, while increasing population poses an ongoing external threat.

Based on these insights, the study proposes a strategic action plan focusing on short-term objectives. Key recommendations include enhancing transportation infrastructure with the establishment of a dedicated terminal and fostering community engagement and capacity building to address these challenges effectively. This comprehensive approach aims to reduce congestion and improve the overall efficiency and safety of rosin's transportation system.
