Abstract
ABSTRACT

Communities in our nation are continuously at danger from flames, which could result in serious catastrophes. Anywhere humans are at risk of a fire, hazard prevention becomes a top priority. It is essential to provide risk information, communication, and education regarding fire threats in homes and other places. BFP improves community safety through its Community Relations Officers. However, some lack the necessary skills and plan for effective fire protection initiatives.

In this study, a theoretical framework model of the blended learning assessment is presented, with a particular emphasis on how the CROs' preparation can affect the results of a public education campaign on fire safety. The use of data generation techniques utilizing first-person, second-person, and third-person inquiry/practice is discussed in detail along with methodological issues. This study was influenced by the literature review and action research techniques. The results of an evaluation study among CROs' empirical data will be presented. In this study, phone interviews and casual encounters were used to speak with the CROs. Also looked into were the viewpoints and experiences of fire officers working as CROs. The outcomes so far for BFP's new blended fire safety education strategy is quite positive.

The results also suggest which issues require additional in-depth investigation at the national and local levels to determine which fire prevention strategies are already being employed and by whom.

The development of fire safety materials and some steps that need to be performed for CROs to be trained as specialists in fire prevention are mentioned as critical components of the development of the field.
