Abstract
The study determined the potential of e- learning platform in regional training centers of the national police training institute in terms of objectives, curriculum, faculties, facilities, technical online support and budget by the PNP SLC and JLC Police commissioned officers and police non – commissioned officers in NCRTC, RTC4B (MIMAROPA), and RTC 5 (Bicol) who were attending SLC and JLC classes together with their faculty/trainers and personnel.

The descriptive research method was employed in this study to ascertain the possible functioning of an online platform in RTCs as a foundation for institutional adaptation to the PNP SLC and JLC police commissioned officers and police non- commissioned officers in NCRTC, RTC4B (MIMAROPA) and RTC 5 (Bicol) attending SLC and JLC classes and faculty/trainers and personnel through purposive sampling. Frequency, weighted mean and ANOVA were used as statistical tools to analyze and interpret data.

Results revealed the following; the RTCs implementation of E-learning platform is potentially high functional in terms of curriculum, trainees, support, faculty, facilities, technical online support, and budget; the challenges encountered by the participants in E-learnings platform are summed un trough the following themes derived from the labeled answer: barriers to E-learning; process of navigating platform; and perceived impact of E-learning platform and an institutional adaptation of E-learning platform/s is proposed by the researchers.
