Anti-terrorism Program, Assessment, Extent of Participation 

This descriptive study was performed to gather factual data on the level of youth participation in the anti-terrorism activities of the Iloilo Police Provincial Office (IPPO). A researcher made survey questionnaire was randomly distributed to 388 youths in the Province of Iloilo. Statistical analysis includes the mean for descriptive data analysis and t-test and One Way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) were used to differentiate the participation level of the respondents according to sex, age group, and educational level. The findings show that both as a whole group and when they are grouped according to the identified profiles, youngsters participate to a “high” extent in the anti-terrorism initiatives of the IPPO. The findings indicate that the adolescent may not have participated fully because of a number of variables that the current analysis did not cover. When respondents were sorted according to sex as opposed to age and educational level, there was no discernible difference in the level of young engagement in the IPPO’s anti-terrorism campaigns in the Province of Iloilo is unaffected by sex. Contrary to what was discovered when the respondents were put into groups according to their age and educational level. As people age and attain greater educational levels, it seems that their interests tend to increase in areas that will be most helpful to them. On these bases, it was recommended that the government and the PNP should intensify their efforts to optimize the anti-terrorism campaigns especially among the youth. A comprehensive multi-stakeholder strategic roadmap should be crafted to as a rejoinder to attain this goal.
