Results revealed that the police stations of Butuan City’s level of compliance and level of conformance on the investigation manual for new normal are relatively high with an overall mean of 4.408 and a standard deviation of 0.680. Results showed that there is an excellent degree of compliance and conformance in the conduct of police investigation during the COVID-19 crisis in Butuan City. Though the police officers have encountered concerns and challenges in conducting investigation during this time of pandemic, they have meaningful lived experiences relative to the conduct of police investigations, thus, it is integral for the investigators to implement the designed action plan to enhance more the compliance and conformance to the investigation manual for the new normal.
