Abstract
INTRODUCTION
This case study aims to present the brgy 649 zone 68, baseco compound part area, manila, its demographic profile containing geographical figures, land area, and ecological situation, and its economic and housing conditions. One factors that is being considered along with its crime situation that led to the re-establishment of previous BASECO police community precinct under ermita police station to baseco police station of manila police district, under DPRMD general orders NO. 75 August 31, 2020, and NHQ-PNP general No. DPL 18-12 dated November 12, 2019. The study too wishes to present the present situation of the newly installed BASECO police station and would like to find out its impressions from the community.
The manila police district and PNP organization as a whole may find this study useful in the creation of police station and/or sub-stations in strategic locations in the country most particularly slum areas.
