Abstract
The Philippine Drug War also known as the “War on Drugs” is basically the drug policy followed by the Philippine government implemented by President Rodrigo Duterte. The drug policy’s goal is to neutralize the illegal drug personalities nationwide. The country’s illegal drug abuse has been rampant and has now become a primary social evil that ruins the community severely affecting the youth. Street crimes rises together with heinous crimes that relates largely to drug abused.

This study aims to determine the effects of plea-bargaining agreement to drug offenders charged against Republic Act 9165 or The Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Act of 2002. The study limits its scope to the arrested drug offenders of Mabalacat City, Pampanga. It will also determine whether plea-bargaining agreement has a direct correlation to the increase or decrease of recorded drug cases within the area of Mabalacat City, Pampanga.
